I have been to most countries of the planet. For sure not to all cities of each country.
Been to New York City multiple times. Never to the state of Arkansas. I am sure I was missing NOTHING.

Depends how close you live to it. If you live in Newark, NJ it would be very weird. If you live in Boise, Idaho, it would not be weird.
