Also, what do people do on Boxing day?

A look up of UK Mince pies says once upon a time made with minced Lamb.
Look up of what You may eat on Christmas -
"Dutch Christmas dinners usually consist of venison, goose, hare, or turkey with plenty of vegetables and Kerstbrood (Christmas bread). The Dutch also celebrate by eating gourmetten, a hot plate on which diners place a set of mini pans containing their choice of meat or vegetables."
Anonymous G joined in and replied with this 1 year ago , 16 minutes later, 2 hours after the original post[^] [v] #1,330,723 We have a traditional roast turkey dinner with a Christmas pudding for dessert. We have little table pyrotechnics called crackers which contain a small knick-knack and a paper crown and a dad joke. Usually eaten in the afternoon. It's a day of feasting and indulgence: most people tend to go into a food coma in front of the TV and watch the King's speech and any Christmas specials. In the popular soap operas there's a tradition that somebody dies at Christmas.
Mince pies do not contain any meat, it's a fruit filling.
