Queen's 'I'm In Love With My Car' on the 'Night at the Opera' album uses the sound of Roger Taylor's Alfa at the end. It is considered to be the only hit song by a major British rock band to feature the sound of an Alfa.

The declassified NATO information for flag Alfa:

normally displayed: Where best seen.
WHILE FLYING: meaning: Divers or friendly explosive ordnance disposal personnel down. A numeral group following will indicate the radius in hundreds of yards inside which personnel are operating. No other MCM operations are to take place within this area and all other vessels are to remain clear.

I have not found any similar flags or symbols that have the swallowtail cut that the Alfa flag has. Some localities have flags with white and blue rectangles, including Monaghan and Waterford (seen here) in Ireland.
