There will always be doctors and nurses willing to take the risk to serve the greater good. Those driven by facts and scientific studies for the betterment of humanity instead of profit.
I predict within the next four years. A group of rogue doctors and nurses are going to establish underground clinics that cater to gender affirming care and reproductive care. Disguised as something from the distant past, a relic from the time of prohibition. This time with a different focus.
I predict that within red states on the east coast, we will start to see the arrival of new speakeasy clinics.
However, there are red states who voted to legalize a person's right to an abortion, so reproductive care likely would be reflected upon said state laws.

there is a long dearly held tradition of making moonshine in the hills, and outrunning the corrupt authorities in your shitty automobile with the doors that are stuck closed

I agree. That's why I think that even people who are against abortion for moral reasons should still be upset that the right is being taken away. People are going to get abortions anyway, wouldn't you prefer they have them done in a proper medical facility? The people who say no aren't really "pro-life", they'd prefer these people to not receive proper medical care and risk dying. That doesn't sound very pro-life to me.

This is probably why Arizona, Montana, and Nevada all voted to protect abortion rights.
Gender affirming care, on the other hand, may just return to being underground for the most part. Only this time around, more people tend to be more accepting and supportive of it.
