I think extreme diets are bad in general. Carnivore diet lacks fibre and nutrients such as vitamin C, potassium, magnesium etc. Unless you want all the parts of animals like beef liver, bone broth etc. But constantly getting those expensive foods fresh would be a hassle. I think veganism is slightly healthier as long as you get B12, but raw veganism is not.
