I support this because he seems like he'd be very bad at his job and we need as many ineffective and useless people in the Trump administration as possible.

He's the only cast member of Trump Season 5 likely to keep his job into Season 6, because unlike Sessions and Barr he's going to do his level best to turn the office of AG into Trump's personal law firm.
That said and given how the Republicans disdain him as much as the Democrats (Ultra-MAGA loons aside), I'm thinking of this baffling pick as a test of fealty. Ninety percent of congressional Republicans would affirm the BTK killer for a cabinet position if ordered to do so by Il Duce, and here's where he ferrets out the other 10.

@1,329,195 (C) > We need more people who are not straight, white, rich, old men in government.
Why? Is there any evidence at all that gay, black, poor young women are better at governing?

I never want to predict anyone lasting long in a Trump administration, but if he spends most of his time suing CNN or the NYT for being mean to Trump instead of gutting the Clean Air or Voting Rights Acts I'll take that as a win. I'm not sure there's a whole lot else left to hope for tbh.
