I see it in others and I see it in myself, especially at work. There's some kind of weird type of road rage over there in the banana factory. It infects you like a disease 🦟

100% a management issue, but managers are never wrong. If you notice "hostile work environment" is included in the HR packets because that is the employees' faults (with an occasional supervisor or two as a fall guy). Toxic work environment on the other hand is not (tone at the top and that's sacred).

I just don't know what to do with that guy. Between getting into politics and screwing around with cryptocurrency (NOT great for the planet), he's a complicated fellow. Dangerous to hitch one's wagon to his antics.
