Topic: How can Trump restrict abortion rights and gender affirming care?

I doubt states like Colorado or California are going to go along with it. Especially when certain red states just passed laws which amends their constitutions to include a right to abortion. Am I worrying a little over nothing? I'm still frightened that if Trump does anything against the states' wishes this would lead to civil war. But at this point, I don't give a fuck any more. I just want to meet a nice man and go live somewhere peacefully in nature away from the crumbling nation.
