Topic: My right testicle hurts
Anonymous A started this discussion 1 year ago #121,418 Once in a while, especially when I change positions, I get a mild, sudden sharp pain in my right testicle that then goes away. What should I do?

The only nut problem you have is there aren't enough for your mouth.

Are you me? I get the exact same thing. I've had it for a few years now. It's not testicular torsion because you would be in hospital. I think it's muscle cramp in the groin or a small hernia or something.
