There's evidence that it actually slows and reverses aging. I've been taking it for a couple of years, and I am definitely in much better shape physically and mentally, and I honestly look younger. People routinely guess my age as being 10+ years younger than I really am.

I sometimes take them, yes. Like you, people often think I'm younger than I am.

Nah, not a supplements fan. I'll just eat a bit more and space it throughout the day, hopefully get similar results (maybe I'll toss in a kale/fruit smoothie for good measure). Body-wise I'm in fair shape, but my face looks like I fell off a truck - pills won't help with that.
