Yes. Dave notified me last week that Putin has sent him to the front lines along the Ukraine border.
Most recent update I have received on Dave (from an anonymous person not authorized to discuss his position) familiar with him, is that he's working with altar boys....

It's just a dull and constant depressing whomp, the kind of thing that people don't want to read about and doesn't get clicks or views. People prefer to read about the middle east because of the "world war 3 imminent?" angle.
