This fucking god damned dog next door barks 24/7. I don't technically live here, I'm renting with airbnb, so do you think it would be inappropriate for me to knock on their door and ask them to shut the fucker up at night so I can sleep?

I have suffered many an extended time with the motherfucking beasts that won't shut the fuck up. I have considered installing a hidden large speaker system that I may use a microphone or play recordings through. I used to open a window and make a loud strangulation sound that got the barker to listen quietly to. Perhaps a recording of Tasmanian devils, wolverines, shit like that
Maybe you can make a cacophony of screaming and wailing. For extra points you can set up your speaker system inside the adjoining wall so the house itself acts as a giant speaker.
