Topic: So I've yet again been forced to make a safety report

Apparently you can only get away with it for months before they ask you two make two of them for some reason. So I made two on the payroll and I said that no chairs in the smoking room is hazardous for safety because people try to sit on the ground and stuff and it affects their break which makes them less focused on the job. I also said some people feel forced to make these reports on their breaks which is also hazardous in the same previous way.

Why do they force it? What is their advantage in having a large amount of safety reports?

There even used to be chairs but they got taken away because people were eating there and apparently not cleaning up after themselves, so they just punished us all instead of finding a way to enforce common decency.

I really mean what I wrote though, this is a demanding job that requires focus to avoid a deadly disaster. You hate smokers? Ok good, but their lack of quality resting time is a hazard to everyone in the banana factory.
