Topic: Clothes all made of plastic

I've been trying to find some dress trousers and no matter where I look or how expensive they get, they all have polyester in. You find the same in shirts, joggers, socks and underwear, T-shirts, hats, basically everything we wear is made of plastic. Even the stuff advertised as cotton is actually "cotton blend", which is to say 30% cotton and 70% polyester.

I'm wearing plastic, eating plastic, breathing plastic. It makes me sick, figuratively and probably literally! Does anyone else feel the same way?

yeah, I've always preferred to steer clear of the plastic shit. apparently a lot of the particles of plastic floating about in the world come from laundering that shit too

for dress wear, maybe you want silk? how available is that these days

I only wear henleys so I'm stuck with poly blend. It sucks, but I don't want to wear those collar shirts and chinos; I don't like the India or Pakistan look.

I have examined ten shirts, two said 100% cotton, three have a polymer blend and the remainder make no mention of the composition of the fabric.
