ITT, I'll address Matt's behavior that is disruptive to the board and should not be allowed:
1. No misuse of plurals -- This is not a "fora." It is a forum.
2. Absolutely no posts pertaining to digestive functions/excretion.
3. KEEP IT TO ONE THREAD! Only one thread about any given subject per week. No nightly "Goodnight" thread, No daily topic about Lorazepam, no daily topic about TESOL or Rwanda, and no daily topic about food/drink. Everyone else bumps their existing threads, and Matt should adhere to the same standards as everyone else.
4. No soliciting of any kind. Asking for money over the internet is grossly disrespectful, especially given his current debts.
5. No shtick/forced memes (e.g. Gunlog Alm, "you mad?" in different languages, faceinhole pics, trademark symbol etc.)
6. No requesting CP.
7. No posting/requesting dox under any circumstance.
8. Heed all warnings. The reason Matt was banned in the first place was because of his continued disrespect in the form of ignoring the ample warnings he was given.

I propose and support the idea of a shock collar. Maybe r04r could program in a little button we can click whenever DM misbehaves and it'll give him a little corrective shock.
