I've been waiting a while for it to go on sale or get cheaper (it's been 6 years since release!) but it's just stubbornly staying at the same price as a new game released today. I can't afford that shit, I need it to be like 20 bucks.

Thank you, that explains everything. Well anyway the only steam keys available cost the same as the steam store. I could have it for 15 cheaper if I install the wretched Epic store, which I shall not do.
