I took my first yoga class yesterday. I have learned the first three positions. I do each position for 1 minute. I do them in the morning and in the evening. I can't wait for my class next week. I will soon be as agile as a cat!

I haven't heard any. I smelt a few floating air biscuits at the first class, but no sounds as of yet. I'm scoping it all out. There is only 12 in the Wednesday evening class. 8 girls and 4 guys.
