I understand a lot of jobs have their shit, but I'm curious about how many of your jobs often times make you feel like a contestant inside the Big Brother house.

The number of little alliances, cliques, betrayals, rivalries (shit, think pro wrestling for that one), and other bullshit for a mediocre minimum wage job is astonishing.

Then the good people end up being the ones to have their name besmirched.

Actually, sounds a lot like here.

He cannot even handle his Ordinary chan responsibilities. He should include looser in his moniker.

Is it the bad at your job?

There were times when it can be ignored easily, but it eventually trickles down to the actual work load and shit just doesn't get done. It gets annoying fast.

That is why you're paid the big bucks. Even bigger bucks means more annoyance.

I had to leave my last one, I'm a middle-aged family guy that ain't got time for that. Too bad too, the pay was ok and I probably could have retired out of there if my direct superviser wasn't so busy with his 'inner circle' nonsense. I wasn't going to deal with being the 'joke of the office.'

New place is alright though, fit in well enough and got a tasty pay bump.

Any grouping of humans has all these things. Some workplaces are better behaved than others. I prefer when people focus on being productive, but some people seem to deeply enjoy the office politics and shenanigans. (Having a close workplace friend or two to gossip with is grate though.)

Unfortunately, some work places you can't try and make friends there because of this

Be wary of giving friendly seeming people too much info
