Someone on Tinychan found a picture of it with the label and says that it’s called Acrylic Marker Phiên Bản Mới. Googled it and found the label and the website it’s sold on!!!!!!
Now here’s the problem. The entire site is in Vietnamese and I am in the United States. I can’t read the site AT ALL. Used Google Translate and it only translates product names and descriptions.
Also the site appears to only have the 24 pack available. While I’m planning to get that, it’s the 36 pack that I’m looking for. Is that available online???
Also is there a service that helps people in the United States to buy items from international shopping websites????

You're an IDIOT.
That is a re-packaged set by a Viet company and the markers are Chinese. Designed for Children and the solvent is water based. Sold out because it's a one time thing.
Markers for Adults use Alcohol. More Vivid colors result.
Any Dollar store has a set of 12 or $1.25.
No I want those markers because I wasn’t allowed to use them at the Labor Day gathering but others can. That’s not fair I want to use them too!!!!!! >:( >:( >:(
Also I LOVE school supplies and I want to buy all the school supplies in the world!!!!! >:) >:) >:)

This. That's the brand their manufacturer, Wenzhou Haomei Stationery, uses. You can see here, on the product's page. In English they call it "Duke" on their official website.
Wenzhou Haomei Stationery Co. Ltd.™ sell the markers unbranded but they also offer a label printing service, with custom design and text. Given these markers have Vietnamese text, but still no logo/brand, it's a safe bet they're a generic release for the Vietnamese market and not commissioned by a specific Vietnamese company.

I would place a bet that OP's generic family bought the markers from a famous chain in USA
Dollar Stores or even now out of business 99 cents stores OR Dollar Tree https://www.dollartree.com/writing-supplies/markers-highlighters
They even have the name brand Sharpe and some are even made in USA.
What is the legend of the little Dutch boy?
The Little Dutch boy who saved the day by putting his finger in a dike. The book in which he appeared, Hans Brinker; or, the Silver Skates: A Story of Life in Holland, featured several stories. The story about the Little Dutch Boy told how he saved Haarlem from flooding by putting his finger in the dike

My knowledge is limited to Engineering and Science. Like soon you will not be able to view Saturn's Rings.
Minor in Chemistry but that was eons ago. I am just guessing that many pigments will not dissolve in water.
