Sometimes it's the company who installed the POS, or a customer put a contactless skimmer on while the cashier was distracted. Whether the barista took a cut to be involved doesn't matter.
In an era of revenge porn, having pussy pics stolen is a serious matter than can cause a lot of grief for victims.
If you want to raw dog the digital space, be my guest, but don't cry about it when you're personal info and private files are snatched by hackers.
