Probably not. Because we invented the transistor, the people that would have been Mr House's parents are driving a Tesla instead of a Corvega and instead of staying home to Grognak and chill, they were watching Youtube at a public supercharger. Mr House was never born, and even if he has been, his life trajectory would be vastly different from what we saw in the games.
