it's gotten too tough to make five practice words that use all previous letters. so I either won't have all the previous letters, or I'll need to put more words, or I'll do some lazy compromise. anyway, oh man, what letter could be next?

hmmm, I can't really make out code as such because there are different notes rather than a monotone pattern. Anyway, I heard that tune not that long ago coincidentally -- pretty, in the style of Death Cab for Cutie Postal Service. The room full of toys and other items reminds me of my eBay habit -- there's tin toys from the 1950s, I recognize 1980s Texas Instruments Speak & Spell, Tomy Armtron (also sold as Tandy/Radio Shack Armitron), Tomy Dustbot, 1990/2000s spinning LEDs gadget, and so on. OK the 1960s classic Fisher Price kids' toys See and Say, and Roly Poly Chime Ball I think but it doesn't match pictures. Anyway I spotted a figure of that brain head alien Metaluna Mutant that's in the This Island Earth movie, which you may have seen as a Mystery Science Theater 3000 movie.
