Been working with him for more than one and a half years. I'm like maximum 3 seconds away from the door. So I let the door scan my card and I enter the pin code, then confront him about it. He's pretending to be surprised and later complained to the manager, who told me later that just so I know, he didn't do it because he was late for a meeting which is fucking bs.

Best practice for building security. Don't take it personally. You'll be fired in no time if you keep acting this way, and now you know nobody will let you in the building to shoot up the place
Well I was angry but I just asked him why he didn't hold the door for me. He couldn't say sorry but instead said I have my own card so I asked him how many times I've kept the door open for him, he just asks me the same question and so I answered, not so many times.
Then I would let him know in my own way that I hate him every time I dropped off a banana pallet for him to transport further.
> A gun? Not a very practical thing to walk around with
its actually the most practical thing you could walk around with, someone giving you shit? point the gun at them, people in line? point the gun at them, someone else has something you want? thats right, you guessed it! point the gun at them

you need to confront him about it, go up and be like "hey motherfucker what the fuck was up with that door shit?" and whenever he tries to answer break his fucking jaw
Nha we pretty much shook hands some hours later. I'm guessing he was just having a bad day but I don't get why I have to increasingly know that people are having a bad day. It's fucked.
