It does actually. You were trying to frame him as a pedophile. There's a big difference in paying this sort of compliment to your daughter when she's 13 (creepy) vs 25.

He is a pedo via the Epstein thing, but I digress. It's perfectly normal to want to date your fucking daughter. He's from New York, not fucking Alabama.

@1,315,670 (A) > It's perfectly normal to want to date your fucking daughter. He's from New York, not fucking Alabama.
He didn't say he wanted to date her. Thanks. If you can't see the difference between a father paying his daughter a compliment about her appearance and a pedophile lusting after his own daughter, wanting to commit incest, there's something very wrong with you.
> He is a pedo via the Epstein thing, but I digress.
As soon as he discovered what Epstein was up to he wanted to have nothing more to do with him. If he's a pedo by association, then so is Stephen Hawking.

@1,315,727 (Kook !!rcSrAtaAC) > What about this?
I wasn't going to comment because I'm not the greatest defender of Trump's behaviour and not interested when it comes to whataboutism, but since you asked - in the 90s when he said it, a little creepy but no different from what anybody who considered themselves the ultimate playboy might have said - note that he didn't say now, he said in ten years. Fast forward 30 years, by today's neo-puritanical, nanny-culture standards, downright creepy and unacceptable.

@1,315,728 (Kook !!rcSrAtaAC) > It's a different type of compliment than calling your child beautiful
It's very difficult to find the whole clip where he says this on The View. If you look at the context, he was trying to defuse the topic. The host had asked:
"I'm afraid to ask this question, but what would you do if Playboy put Ivanka on the cover of the magazine."
I mean, what kind of a fucking question is that to ask somebody about their daughter on national TV to start with?
His initial answer was:
"It would be really disappointing — not really — but it would depend on what was inside the magazine."
Then they were pushing for a comment, saying:
"That's this girl's right, people assume there will be nude photos." ... "But if there weren't you wouldn't have an issue with it?"
Which is when he said:
"I don't think Ivanka would do that inside the magazine, although she does have a very nice figure. I've said that if Ivanka weren't my daughter, perhaps I'd be dating her."
I think he handled the situation well - the idiot hosts of The View got their sound bite, got their chance to giggle and call him weird, and he managed to turn his answer into a nice, if slightly dodgy, compliment.
If you look at Ivanka, she clearly wasn't phased at all.
This whole thing is yet another giant nothing burger, spun out of proportion by the left.

You Americans have an age of consent ot 21, and many of your politicians want to raise it even higher. You have no perspective on this...

Not a single state has it at 21
Clearly the country you live in has a horrid education system.

Trump is definitely weird about his daughter though. Once when she was an adult, they went on a talk show and the host asked what they have in common. Ivanka said golf, I believe, and Trump said sex

Honestly I have no idea. You'll have to look for the whole episode. I can't find it anywhere online.

@1,315,747 (boof) > "dating" sounds like a euphemism, like "sleeping"
In the 50s & 60s (Trump's youth) it meant going on dates with, i.e. dinner, movie, bowling etc., basically courting. It certainly didn't mean fucking.

@previous (Kook !!rcSrAtaAC) > Dating absolutely lead to sex during that era.
Yes, of course... well, it lead to marriage, then sex. However there was no fucking involved during the dating period, at least there wasn't meant to be in civilized society.

@1,315,822 (Kook !!rcSrAtaAC) > Tons of people had premarital sex in the 60s. What are you talking about?
Why are you being dense? It's so tiresome. I am talking about what people generally meant by the term "dating" in the 50s & 60s. I'm not talking about what they actually got up to. It may be a euphemism for sex today, but it wasn't back then.

It's weird you think you ate with this
A very common date at that time was called "parking". Also people would ride on things called the tunnel of love so that they could make out. Or go to the movies for the same reason

@previous (Kook !!rcSrAtaAC) > It's weird you think you ate with this
I'm weird? You are completely bonkers for going on arguing the toss about this when you are 100% wrong. What are you trying to gain/prove?
> A very common date at that time was called "parking". Also people would ride on things called the tunnel of love so that they could make out. Or go to the movies for the same reason
Yes, so? Did he say "parking"? No. He said "dating", which, at the time meant, specifically, courting in public. Emphasis on in public. What may or may not have happened after the date is irrelevant.
> Did you never date??
I have dated, but how is that relevant? I am not from that era.

@previous (Kook !!rcSrAtaAC) > When people dated, they always took time to find places to be alone > > You'd know that if you had actually dated
Yes, Kook. This is irrelevant to the argument about semantics.
You know what, so tired of this - have it your way: Trump is a raging pedo who, when he said "perhaps I'd be dating her." what he actually meant was, "I wanna take her out, park with her and fuck her."

Why would any education system that isn't America teach what America's age of consent is? You stupid son of a bitch, fuck you!
