I want to buy a Medieval castle in the UK, preferable England but Scotland is OK too. Even better if it's haunted and has a history of murder.

There are some castle-esque households because for a while in the 19th century it was a fashion to romanticise the Middle Ages. But as for true castles, many of them were slighted during the Civil War.
