Topic: How come the fifth Indiana Jones film hasn't been talked about lately?

I, for sure, expected some outcry about how Disney turned Indy woke.

Yet most of the reception to the film has been positive.

I've haven't even seen fandom outcry because of the supernatural element (time travel) much like the aliens in the fourth film.

I was going to say 'who cares' because nobody watched it, but I'll have to eat my hat, becuase it looks like it pulled $400 mil (but that also appears to be the production budget as well). I was a little underwhelmed with the last Matrix movie, Clerks, and a few others that were produced in recent memory - I'm willing to leave good memories as just that and probably pass on the rehashes honestly. Especially with the AI and aging down actors that seems to be the rage right now - it's not my jam.

No one watches Disney films anymore, Catherine.

Normal people are watching films that have actual stories instead of preachy black queer girlbosses.

Black queer girlbosses are watching femdom tranny cuck porn.

There's no market for this shit.

Disney's being worth $156.71 billion notwithstanding?

That's the money they have saved from their prewoke era.

No, their total assets are only worth 25.5 Billion USD, Anon J was referring to the DIS stock's current market cap of 156.6 Billion USD. I would explain that by pointing out the company usually has a quarterly free cash flow of multiple million dollars per outstanding share and pays a 1% dividend.

But nobody cares. @OP is weird for constantly anticipating mass outrage over every single fantasy film release.
