Well I suppose signups aren't needed if the only way to be on the internet was with some none anonymous way, your real id tagged to your IP address or some other dystopian shit.

Probably google logins on all pages - people will click if it's easy and makes the popups go away. I'd rather put my nuts in a coffee grinder myself, but most people don't care about privacy.

I have a poopy email and a real email. Anything I have to sign up for I use the poopy email which I never look at.
