Cismen take testosterone because it fixes low energy levels, decreased libido, and many other less obvious reasons. For example men with lower T are at a higher risk of diabetes.

Taking hormones to improve physical health and avoid disease is entirely different than taking them to pass as a certain gender.

Gender-affirming care is any care meant to validate a gender identity.

Taking a medication without that intent, solely to improve energy levels and reduce risk of preventable illness is not "gender affirming" at all.

Please learn the difference between sex hormones and gender as a social role. Biology ≠ sociocultural roles.
