Gender-affirming care is any care meant to validate a gender identity.
Taking a medication without that intent, solely to improve energy levels and reduce risk of preventable illness is not "gender affirming" at all.
Please learn the difference between sex hormones and gender as a social role. Biology ≠ sociocultural roles.
