Asshole is picking on me, before I even started, he suddenly starts whining, you can't bring glass cups out side bawwww. So I made him rush to get me a paper cup. I'm like snapping my fingers at him, let's go, come on today now now now. Said something about how that behavior will get me nowhere, told him when he's like that I'm like that and he should fukin remember. Then I smeared my gloves in bird shit and put it on his desk. He wants to make sure we save on gloves so he demands to see them. Fucking asshole.

Have you never considered why rules exist, and maybe they are that way because they improve the situation/make life a little easier? E.g. not taking glass outside - I imagine it may be because the risk of it being broken = more difficult/expensive to clean up, or maybe there's a higher risk of injuring somebody. Perhaps you're next to a swimming pool - I don't know, but it's likely there's a good reason.

No, you don't see. I don't think I know your rules (how could I?) However, I am capable (unlike you) of considering why a set of rules, parameters and boundaries are a good thing to have in any workplace.
