The ability to tag folders in explorer with hashtags and a dynamic live search option whenever explorer comes up (so whether I open it from the start menu or from MC's 'choose file' is irrelevant) so it would be easier to sort images and videos.

Multiple desktops, easily switchable and built into the OS not hacked by some external application that doesn't work well.
