NZ: 0.10, 0.20, 0.50, 1.00, and 2.00

No it's not more expensive, for instance you could use dogecoin for everyday purchases. Very cheap fees, vastly, vastly cheaper than Visa card transaction fees

So? You trade the dogecoin for dollars and only pay 0.25% trading fee on an exchange. Wow very cheap! Or you keep paying up to 5% per transaction to Visa and pass the damage on to your customers
