I think he's actually called "Slenderman", but they said Enderman instead because he's like Betelgeuse (Beetlejuice), the Boogeyman, Bloody Mary and Candlejack, where if you say their names too many times they'll start stalking you. Dear god, what have I done?

It's just how twisted the bodies come out, that's all that freaks me out a little. I imagine real people like that.

If it visually freaks you out, I suppose I can understand this. However, the ending is so horribly predictable it just did nothing for me. That or I am just becoming too wise to these endings. I was hoping for umm... how do you describe it... "a little more meat on the bone"?

I can see why. Stephen King would be better for you, then, imo. I don't know how you'd feel about the endings, but he fleshes out his literary worlds to an amazing point.

I have read most of King's works and yes they are indeed quite good. I genuinely prefer Clive Barker, though. :-P
