I keep telling the rookies, no fucking banana peels in the cardboard crushing machine. Everyone will smell it after some weeks. But these guys they don't listen.

Look man, I've been telling you this for months now. For any enemy at work, set up a situation where they will slip and fall on a banana peel while Yakety Sax plays, and film it. It's the only way to teach them a lesson.

I think these rookies got relatives on the inside. Like this one guy takes a toilet break every hour. Has no concept of not being in the way. It's why I think snitching will get me nowhere
Just be professional when talking to boss and don't name specific names, say you've tried to train with use of cardboard crushing machine but it's not working and you're concerned it's going to come back on you
But it's more complicated than that, it's like snitching on my boss, like hey boss, you think it's a good idea to send whomever my way? I have enough shit to do, I don't wanna go around fixing the mistakes of management. They're hopeless.
You don't understand, the problems I have described have existed from the beginning. Management isn't after you as long as you pack good, there's nobody enforcing the rules.
