Topic: Issac Newton never discovered the Theory of Gravity.

It was actually an Arabic mathematician, astronomer, and physicist named Ibn al-Haytham. We are taught in schools this was contributed to Newton, but Newton was operating on past scientists' work including al-Haytham's.
I wish our schools could teach history accurately instead of being feed bullshit. There is a lot about the Islamic Golden Age that I still don't know about. I am aware that it was responsible for the preservation of the works of Aristotle though.

Nonsense. Instead of propagating bullshit claims like this why not find out what remarkable contributions this guy really did make in the fields of mathematics, astronomy, physics and in particular optics.

@previous (G)
This. Newton developed the first theory of gravity. Gravity was discovered; scientific theories are developed/created. OP is Catherine so we have to remember he's operating with a child's command of English.

No mention of Gravity with minor exception of Bodies in motion. Celestial and Opics was this Arabs bailiwick.
