As long as systemic racism keeps lack people down, it is society's duty to offset it. If you want racism to disappear, then work toward eliminating the societal structures that enforce it.

Quotas and AA are discrimination, as deemed by case law. We can continue to refer to platitudinous nonsense from modern academia, though its preference for abstractions doesn’t solve anything. The idea that America is more discriminatory now than it was in 1980 or before is silly. Top income ethnic groupings include Indians, Koreans, and Nigerian immigrants.

I would like to have widespread screening for fetal alcohol syndrome -- people love to notice lower IQ averages among blacks, but maybe rather than just say they must've got the dumbass gene, also check for shit like FAS
