A mnemonic is to imagine uppercase A with a dot at the top point and a bar at the middle. The two slanted parts fade, and the dot moves down to the left ahead of the bar to get you ● ▬.
Note that I use U+2006 Six-Per-Em Space [ ] to separate the dot from the bar, as no space is too little and a standard space is too much. And recall the other special spacings: U+2005 Four-Per-Em Space [ ] to separate two instances of U+25AC Black Rectangle that are part of the same letter, U+2001 Em Quad [ ] for space between coded letters, and two such spaces [ ] for between words.
