No, the Supreme Court never gave presidents immunity from the law, they stated Presidents were immune from actions taken as part of their official duties.

It's not. If the president is taken to court it is considered a valid defense if the actions were taken out as part of official duties. Someone could claim extrajudicial killings qualify, but it's unlikely the judge and jury would consider that to be a part of the job of President.
