That's measured by how many are admitted or hired. If a group is below the expectation, they are considered discriminated against, and then given preferential treatment to make up for it.

You are misinterpreting those charts. Blacks are traditionally underrepresented in universities. Without AA, university students would be 100% white males.

You just said AA doesn't let blacks get admitted with lower GPAs. These charts show exactly that happening.
Are you changing your position now? You are repeating the exact same argument I said was used by AA.
If they ditched AA and looked at GPA instead it wouldn't be 100% white males, Asians would see the biggest increase in representation.
