UBI is already widespread.
Government-created jobs hire women and blacks to do fake jobs where they sit in offices and gab all day.
Many corporate jobs only exist because of government regulations, and would be cut of it were legal.
UBI is why money has lost its value, giving middle class salaries to people who make nothing.

As long as they keep it 'basic' I'm fine with it. It's not supposed to be the good life - you'll want a job if you value nice things.
