That's a 9% increase.

Meanwhile real GDP increased 214% during the same period.

If the distribution of wealth was the same as 50 years ago wages would be triple what they are now.

Biden orchestrated a plan with party leadership to have all primary candidates endorse him at the same time to overtake Bernie, who was leading prior to that.

Bernie was talking about these issues, and when Biden took #1 place he refused to bring attention to these issues. He could have used the bully pulpit to beat these stats into the head of every American. He didn't, because his goal is to serve capital and sabotage any working class movement.

The democrats will never be the answer, they are there to rope the proles in and distract them with divisive culture issues. Minorities need material gains, but identity politics will splinter any movement they start. Only class consciousness would truly help the people the democrats pretend to care about.

I'm voting third party.

If you lose billions of dollars in bad business ventures, you too can pay only $750/year in taxes!

As a young entrant to the workforce, I spent the next decade at $1-$2 over minimum wage and just couldn't get ahead. I spoke with a shrink about being sad, they took my money, gave me happy pills, and never once said my life was shit because I was underpaid (but I was making the Subaru payments for her (the shrink)). I have a particular disdain for the US economy and politics. I caught up eventually but that's a decade I'll never get back; it was not fun.

It's like tax cuts for the rich during and since the Regan era didn't actually help the common folk.
