NFL Draft analyst Matt Miller joined ESPN in 2021 as an NFL Draft contributor before returning as a year-round Draft analyst in 2022. In April 2023, Miller made his on-air NFL Draft debut during day three of the 2023 NFL Draft in Kansas City when he joined ESPN’s broadcast for rounds 4-7.
With over a decade of experience covering the NFL Draft, Miller appears across ESPN platforms on NFL Live, SportsCenter, Get Up!, NFL Draft and Mock Draft specials, ESPN+ exclusive programs – including numerous mock drafts and scouting reports, ESPN Radio and more.
Before joining ESPN, Miller was Bleacher Report’s lead NFL Draft writer from 2010-2021 where he contributed mock drafts, scouting reports, in-depth stories and he became the most-read author in the history of the website. Prior to Bleacher Report, Miller worked as Director of Scouting for New Era Scouting from 2006-10 and a coach and recruiting coordinator for the CFL’s Joplin Crusaders (2006-08).
A native of Joplin, Missouri, Miller attended Missouri Southern State University. Miller and his wife, Krysten, have two kids, Hayley and Emmitt.
