They want me to take over "cleaning" which is usually reserved for old timers, the guy is going on a holiday and I'm going to cover for him while he's out. It's the same pay and I just drive pallets around with plastic wrap on them, no lifting or anything like that.

That was my hint that I got old. They put me on the light duty shifts with no project deadlines or any real consequence to my actions - kinda hurt actually. It's like being put out to pasture. Look out OP, they might be testing the waters.
