Yeah he used to do that to look for food he could eat. He thought it was very clever becuase there would be "no evidence" once he ate it. The postal service is better off without him...

Actually, opening people's mail is an official act for a postal worker. He can't be prosecuted due to the recent Supreme Court ruling!!!

I'm not sure if killing would be considered part of your official duties. Maybe you could somehow involve the trash compactor in the killing? You might get away with killing someone who was dressed up as a bag of trash, it's hard to say!
