I had some serrano peppers in the fridge that would be going bad soon, I love serrano and didn't want to waste them, so I've put them into my food dehydrator. Once they're finished drying, I figured I would chop them up finely to use as pepper flakes. Then I remembered I have a nearly empty bottle of your standard red pepper flakes that I've been meaning to replace. I also have some goodies left from my last trip to the spicy store: some powdered carolina reaper, and some dried naga morich.
I think it will be fun to combine these all into one super pepper flake combo. It will likely be mostly serrano and red pepper; I may omit the reaper powder because it is so fine it will probably all settle to the bottom, and I haven't tried the naga morich yet, so I'll go very easy with it so as not to ruin the whole batch in the event that it is far too spicy.

"Madeley" defined.
"When applied to foods, this term is used to describe a mixture of ingredients that are selected to be in "harmony" with the other ingredients that are combined."
Adding almost dead chilies to old chilies in a jar is Not a medley nor a nor a Madeley.
