How do you eat crawfish? I tried eating a lobster once and it just looked like a giant insect, I couldn't really finish it.

Twist off the head, suck the fat out of the head if you want. The. M, segment by segment, peel off the tail. When there is only a bit of shell left, squeeze the meat into your mouth.

Poop tube is on the spine of the meat. You can pull it off if you want. Many people do that, me included.
