They predict two weeks into the future (somehow) that there's going to be one too many. They ask if I can't switch that day with another. I told them no, not this time but I'm sure the two other guys on that day would love to trade it.
That's the thought I've been having, they want to move me off Saturday and They are preparing a reason. If it happens, I think it's best that I just quit right then and there, the gaslighting is immense and I have no time for people that I hate.

Happens at mine too, they dangle carrots then take them away when they see fit. I assume it's a minor power play to remind everyone that they are (petty) in control.
You think I could get away with something like a safety report, anonymous, reminding them that they are ultimately responsible for the safety of the warehouse operations?
