I actually prefer filters like these in society, if I don't want to hang around trash, I don't go there. And I'm not dunking on poor people (you can be decent without money), I'm talking people that make 'trailer park' or 'section 8' a lifestyle.

Those that need cheap housing - absolutely not. People that don't handle their business (absentee fathers, criminals, etc) - yes.
