I've found someone who displays many sociopathic traits, certainly.
He's...easily annoyed, doesn't seem to display or feel any other emotions. I could go into more detail but that's effortttt. He's done nothing to me and likely won't.

A marked lack of even basic empathy is the trait that stands out most. He also displays many traits shown by many serial killers, who are sociopaths. Hmm. Fascination with fire and BDSM. Remember that video of a dog getting tortured that Ks linked? His only comment on that was "I like that bitch's boots". A less than optimal upbringing, hatred for his parents. Intelligent, but failed twelfth grade.
That's all I've got from off the top of my head.

Yes I have. Met a couple hardcore Narcissists too which is similar in that they also lack empathy but are more overtly abusive, (in my experience). I could say a lot about those if you like. But with the sociopath, hmm, strange is one way I'd describe it, on first meeting them, if they show an interest in you it's not like when a normal guy shows interest. They are off in some way, but they don't behave like Narcissists, they are even colder but more intense, and it's almost impossible to hurt their feelings or even their pride. Very strange. If a sociopath wants you, they will be very hot and cold about it. The one I knew took drugs, drank a lot, was just, irresponsible really, and had been in jail. Officially, they say there is a difference between ASPD and psychopathy, mainly in the level of self-control and 'acting out.' I would argue that the sociopath is more likely to be neglectful while the narcissist will be abusive.
