What the fuck are you talking about? If she has 57 children who all go on to have 57 children each, she would have 3,249 grandchildren and if those grandchildren go on to have 57 children each she would have 185,193 great-grandchildren.

Human gestation period is 9 months, not 12. So if she had her first at 13 and carried on fucking and having more until she was 70, she'd have 76 children.
Then if each of those children did exactly the same thing, she'd have 5776 grandchildren. And if each grandchild had 76 kids, she'd have 438976 great-grandchildren.

Hmm, well she's bound to have twins / triplets / quadruplets / quins / sextuplets / octuplets / nonuplets at some point. How about letting her off an extra 9 months for each additional kid per litter? So the total will still be 76.
