Please stop breaking the rules.

1. When banning, mods must provide the rule that user has broken. Not just "lol". Banning is only resorted after at least one PM stating the rule that is being broken. Illegal content, of course, may be deleted immediately and the poster banned without warning but the ban message must still display the rule that was being broken.

2. When locking threads, mods must provide a legitimate reason. Not just "lol". Locking threads should be very rare, eg. where they may be calls to invasion or personal details about to be released.
